Learning by Doing

prodigy-wayLEARNING BY DOING – THE PRODIGY WAY

At PRODIGY, students start learning by asking questions. The method of inquiry leads to an interest in students to find answers. This path of finding answers is traversed by the execution of projects.

PRODIGY aim to reduce lectures of teachers and increase learning-by-doing opportunities. These projects might require some lectures, outdoor trips, online research, design & presentations etc. They keep students engaged in doing these activities and learning happens alongside.

Besides learning about the subject of inquiry, students also learn teamwork, collaboration and other critical work skills that will help them in future careers.

The outcome of the projects is displayed for others to provide critical feedback on. The assessment of students is based on the feedback received.
